Good to Know

Key Terms

  • 25% advance payment at the time of booking, 40% payment 15 days before the event, and the remaining 35% payment 2 days before the event.
  • Menu items are subject to seasonal availability. Items within the same category can be replaced.
  • ₹100 per person extra will be charged if the guest count is below the minimum package requirement.
  • Government taxes and GST will be charged extra.
  • A valid commercial liquor license is mandatory for the consumption of alcohol.
  • The booking amount is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Bookings can be rescheduled only if informed at least 60 days before the event, subject to availability.
  • No outside catering services or event vendors are allowed.
  • Extra charges will apply for DJ, LED screens, special decorations, valet parking, and additional services.
  • DJ timing is permitted only up to 11:00 PM as per local regulations.
  • Any damage caused to banquet property by guests will be chargeable.
  • Parking facilities are available at the owner's risk.
  • Banquet management reserves the right to cancel any booking without prior notice in exceptional circumstances.
